Straight to you. By default replies go to the email address you signed up with. You can change this to any reply-to address in your settings: your business email, a team inbox, whatever works for you. Zorren doesn't handle replies.

No, and intentionally so. Zorren fills the gap by getting someone to respond. What happens after that, confirming the booking, taking a deposit, updating your calendar, happens through whatever you already use. We don't replace your booking system.

Yes, on paid plans. If someone calls in, walks in, or gives you their details in person you can add them manually from your contacts page. On the free tier, contacts are captured automatically through your snippet or capture page only.

Your data isn't deleted immediately. We hold everything for a grace period so if life happens and you need to reactivate, everything is exactly where you left it. If you want to take your contacts with you, export to CSV anytime from your account on any paid plan.

They're suppressed from your list automatically and won't receive future broadcasts. Complaint rates are monitored so accounts that need attention can be reviewed.
